About Us
We’re a small but mighty HR consulting firm that supports growing businesses across the country. Our work is hands-on, people-focused, and rooted in real-world HR—not jargon, not fluff. Clients come to us because we bring structure and clarity to their chaos, and we do it with a level of care that’s hard to find.
Position Overview
This role sits at the heart of what we do. You’ll support clients across multiple industries with day-to-day HR needs—employee relations, compliance, onboarding, documentation, and everything in between. You’ll also work closely with our internal team to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
This Job Is For You If…
- You love the flexibility of working from home, and you know how to manage your time like a grown adult.
- You enjoy working independently but still like being part of a team that actually supports each other.
- You stay calm when things get chaotic and don’t crumble when someone sends you a “quick question” that is definitely not quick.
- You can handle the work—because yes, HR gets stressful, and we’re not sugarcoating it.
- You’re the kind of person who shows up with your big person pants on (or the equivalent), ready to solve problems without drama.
- You appreciate a work-hard/play-hard culture.
- You don’t scare easily when it comes to employee relations or compliance
- You communicate clearly, honestly, and with a bit of personality
- You take pride in being reliable—clients trust you, and so will we
If you’re looking for a place where you can grow, feel supported, and have real flexibility (as long as the work gets done and done well), this is it.
