The Opportunity at a Glance
Join a design-driven Australian studio working across bespoke residential homes and selected commercial interiors. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and technical precision. You will help shape interior concepts, produce compelling presentations, and translate design ideas into detailed documentation that guides construction. If you enjoy both the creative and technical sides of interior design, this is an opportunity to contribute to thoughtfully designed spaces from concept through to delivery.
This is a remote opportunity open to Philippine-based interior designers who want to work closely with an Australian design studio on real projects. Remote work for Philippine-based candidates only. Full-time role. 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Morning shift aligned with AU timezone. Philippine tax and government contributions compliant employment.
Important Application Requirements
- A portfolio of completed interior design projects is required
- Portfolio must include the following:
- Concept boards
- Detailed joinery construction drawings
- 3D renders
- Technical drawings
- A short video introduction is required as part of the application
- Applications without a portfolio and video submission will not be reviewed

How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop interior design concepts including spatial planning, finishes, materials, and furniture selections
- Prepare concept presentations using Adobe InDesign including mood boards, concept boards, and design documentation
- Produce concept-level 3D renders to communicate design direction
- Translate creative concepts into practical interior solutions aligned with the project vision
- Prepare interior documentation and joinery drawings using Revit
- Produce interior elevations, detailing, and schedules to guide construction
- Source materials, finishes, and fixtures aligned with the design concept
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams during design development
- Assist in client presentations and contribute to communicating design ideas
What We’re Looking For. You’re the Perfect Fit If You
- Have proven interior design experience in residential or commercial projects
- Can present a strong portfolio of completed interior design projects
- Are highly proficient in Revit for interior documentation and joinery drawings
- Are proficient in Adobe InDesign for design presentations and concept boards
- Understand interior detailing, finishes, and material selection
- Can translate design concepts into clear technical documentation
- Communicate clearly and work collaboratively within a design team
Work Schedule, Salary & Employment Terms
- Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT
- Philippine-based employment only
- Gross monthly salary: Php 60,000 – Php 70,000
