This is a hybrid role. Applicants must reside in the State of Colorado by the time of hire. Work hours may vary based on business needs.
Summary
Provide daily support and maintenance for the organization’s information technology systems and network environment. This role ensures reliable access to systems and applications, delivers technical support to end users, and leads complex IT projects from planning through implementation to meet organizational needs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot the organization’s network, server, virtualization, wireless, desktop, and communication systems.
- Administer and support Cisco and HP Layer 3 switches and routers, Cisco ASA firewalls, AeroHive wireless infrastructure, Windows servers, VMware, Citrix, Microsoft Teams Telephony, and endpoint devices including Windows computers and Chromebooks.
- Provide technical support and issue resolution for users connected to the STRIDE network.
- Coordinate and manage assigned service requests to ensure timely completion and adherence to departmental service standards.
- Lead complex IT projects, including gathering requirements, evaluating solutions, designing systems, and implementing technology that meets end-user and business needs.
- Test, evaluate, and recommend hardware, software, and standard technology components.
- Support and help maintain the availability and performance of the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Respond to help desk requests and provide end-user support as needed.
- Maintain documentation related to systems, configurations, and procedures.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure stable and secure IT operations.
- May participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support

Education and Experience:

Required: High school diploma or GED.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Required: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in systems administration or a related infrastructure support role.
- Experience with Windows Server, Citrix, and SharePoint preferred.
Skills & Expertise
- Ability to interact positively and build rapport with coworkers and/or external contacts.
- Ability to work independently and organize work in a manner that ensures accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to understand and work from technical and software related manuals.
- Ability to analyze problems and to implement appropriate solutions.
- Skill in using a variety of computer software including but not limited to the internet and MS Office Products.
- Ability to handle sensitive information ethically and responsibly.
- Ability to protect the confidentiality of patient, employee, and business information.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
This hybrid role requires candidates to be located in Colorado or in the process of relocating.
We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000, depending on your experience.
This range reflects STRIDE’s good faith estimate of potential compensation at the time of posting. The final salary for the selected candidate will be determined based on several factors, including experience, education, budget, internal equity, specialty, and training.
