National 4-H Council is seeking an LMS Administrator to lead the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of our Moodle-based Learning Management System, helping deliver high-quality learning experiences to youth, volunteers, educators, and partners across the country.

As the LMS Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting and advancing 4-H’s digital learning ecosystem. You will oversee the day-to-day administration, configuration, performance, and support of our Moodle-based platform while partnering with Extension professionals, volunteers, curriculum developers, and internal teams to deliver seamless and impactful learning experiences. From managing system operations and user support to implementing course structures, reporting dashboards, and platform enhancements, you will help ensure that learners nationwide have access to engaging, accessible, and high-quality educational opportunities. Your expertise will help drive innovation, strengthen user adoption, and support the continued growth and sustainability of 4-H’s educational portfolio.

Position Summary
The LMS Administrator is a critical role within National 4-H Council, responsible for administering, configuring, and supporting the organization’s Moodle-based learning management system (LMS). Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Product Development, this position will oversee daily LMS operations, ensure system reliability, and provide user support and training. The LMS Administrator will manage permissions, troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and generate reports to support decision-making partnering with Extension, volunteers, and internal teams to ensure that the LMS supports high-quality youth and adult learning experiences nationwide while also enabling the growth and sustainability of 4-H’s educational portfolio.
