Location: Remote – South Africa
Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week, 8 hours per day) 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. AEST

They’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can manage and execute their daily marketing operations, helping them inspire, educate, and attract thousands of women ready to transform their financial futures. 

About the Role

You’ll be the heartbeat of the marketing team, coordinating campaigns, publishing content, tracking performance, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects their empowering brand voice.

You won’t need to create content from scratch, their Founder provides high-quality source material through videos, podcasts, articles, and webinars. Your job is to repurpose, schedule, and amplify that content across all platforms with consistency and flair.

They’re also committed to staying at the forefront of innovation. You’ll use human-assisted AI tools (like ChatGPT, Canva AI, and automation systems) to make their marketing more time-efficient, scalable, and effective, enhancing rather than replacing the human touch.

This role blends creativity, technology, and strategy perfect for someone who loves seeing tangible results from their work.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  •  Collaborate with the Founder and  Sales Co-Ordinator in planning the development of the marketing strategies for our core programs and events.

  • Manage and publish daily social media content (video + written) across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube

  •  Repurpose and edit founder-generated content into engaging posts, reels, emails, and web updates

  • Coordinate website content and SEO, ensuring blogs, landing pages, and lead magnets drive organic traffic

  •  Write, schedule, and track daily marketing emails and nurture sequences

  •  Support our weekly podcast, including uploading, show notes, and repurposing content 

  • Manage lead magnet creation and delivery, ensuring smooth integration into campaigns and funnels

  •  Use AI-assisted tools to streamline workflows, analyse data, and optimise campaigns

  • Track and report on key metrics to drive performance and optimisation

  •  Monitor and maintain brand alignment across all channels      

Desired Experience & Qualification

Skills & Experience

  •  2+ years in a marketing coordination or digital content role

  • Strong grasp of social media strategy, SEO, and email marketing

  • Experience with Go High Level (or similar CRMs), Canva, and scheduling tools

  •  Strong communication and copywriting skills

  • Comfortable using or learning AI-powered tools to increase productivity and performance

  • Highly organised, proactive, and data-driven

  • Passionate about storytelling, women’s empowerment, and purpose-led marketing  

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified leads generated

  • Number of triage calls booked per month

  • Cost per lead reduction over time
