Position Overview

The Marketing Manager – Local Retail Activation & Brand

Awareness will lead marketing efforts to increase store traffic, strengthen

brand awareness, enhance customer experience, and build community connections.

This highly visible role supports the CEO and collaborates closely with store

leaders to ensure measurable, local-level results.

Key Responsibilities

·        

Local Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute

integrated digital and traditional campaigns; adapt national initiatives to

local markets.

·        

Digital & Social Media: Manage Google Ads

and Meta campaigns; oversee content creation and performance optimization.

·        

Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to

online reviews; implement initiatives to strengthen customer sentiment.

·        

Community Engagement: Plan and promote events,

sponsorships, and partnerships; drive grassroots marketing.

·        

Brand Stewardship: Act as a brand ambassador;

build relationships with influencers, media, and community organizations.

·        

Customer Experience: Track and support Net

Promoter Score (NPS) initiatives; apply customer insights to marketing

programs.

Qualifications

·        

3–5 years of experience in retail marketing,

digital advertising, or community outreach.

·        

Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business

Suite, Google Business Profile, and Yelp.

·        

Background in grassroots/guerrilla marketing and

event planning.

·        

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal

communication skills.

·        

Self-motivated with ability to manage projects

independently across multiple locations.

·        

Passion for local retail and community

engagement.
