Think you’re a fit for SAI360?

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager that translates a deep understanding of buyers’ needs, alternatives, and buying stages into useful messaging, programs, and tools leveraged in revenue-generating activity for our GRC software platform.

With a focus on translating strategy to execution, exceptional sales enablement, and go-to-market skills, this global role contributes to the overall strategy and execution across Americas, EMEA and APAC.

The Product Marketing Manager should be able to communicate the features, benefits, and product value of SAI360’s platform to our sales teams, senior leaders and customers. The ideal candidate will have strong analytics skills to segment customer cohorts, perform win/loss analysis, and extract competitive intelligence to help drive go-to-market strategy.

The primary objectives and responsibilities of a Product Marketing Manager include:

  • Customer and market understanding: Develop and continually refine understanding of buyers’ challenges and needs, buying stages and product use. Additionally, remain informed of regulatory changes and other market developments and trends that impact the need/use of GRC software capabilities to support programs to increase market share.
  • Competitive intelligence: Use understanding of competitors to develop effective, concise product positioning and messaging.
  • Product differentiation: Combine insights into industry trends, and from competitive analysis and win/loss analysis to identify key differentiation messages for our solution offering and capabilities.
  • Sales enablement: Increase win rates by developing effective enablement tools across all channels, product and vendor comparisons, playbook content, product catalogs, success stories, and solution sheets.
  • Sales training: Increase win rates by providing training and scripting to connect buyer needs to relevant modules and capabilities. Work together with sales and enablement teams to identify training-related roadblocks in the existing funnel and eliminate them.
  • Demand gen support: Provide the marketing communications team with relevant inputs to support lead gen and conversion, including campaign content, buyer guides, product videos, webinars, proprietary and third-party event support, blog posts, newsletters, and social content.
  • Product launches: Working in partnership with Product Management, managing new platform releases across all functions - including marketing, sales, and operations - ensuring a clear launch plan and success against plan.

What you’ll bring to the table

  • Three years B2B product marketing experience, preferably with previous experience in GRC Software space.
  • Ability to deliver creative, concise messages and stories that improve buyer interactions - visually, verbally, or in writing across all targeted channels.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Product Management teams to connect buyer needs and the appropriate solutions.
  • Working knowledge or familiarity with Pragmatic Marketing or a similar Product Marketing framework would be nice to have.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach and strong sense of ownership.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
