Experience in product support, technical support, customer support, support operations, or trust & safety support backgrounds
People who have handled high ticket volume, escalations, and cross-functional issue resolution
Strong “voice of customer” mindset with polished written responses

Experience helping build or improve support processes, workflows, or documentation
Exposure to AI products, SaaS platforms, or technical product environments
Curious, persistent problem-solver who can identify patterns/bugs and help prevent repeat issues
