Job Summary: 

Nationwide Marketing Group builds, hosts, and manages E-Commerce websites for over 2000 retailers nationwide. We are seeking a Promotions Web Designer to join our talented team!

As a Promotions Web Designer, you will have a passion for clean code, professional graphic design, and staying on top of the latest web technologies. This position entails building new promotional landing pages using vanilla HTML, CSS & JavaScript on our new platform, OneShop, working with brand partners and our internal teams to ensure our products look visually remarkable and our landing pages are cleanly coded to the latest web standards. The candidate should possess and demonstrate strong interest and ability in web and graphic design.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Design, build, and update a never-ending stream of promotional landing pages.
• Provide website support and updates for internal departments.
• Work closely with in-house departments to complete tasks.
• Troubleshootandproblemsolve website-based issues.
• Flexible working hours between 6:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday.

Job Qualifications: 

• Candidates must provide a portfolio site OR recent examples of their most current, relevant work
  
• Ability to hand code HTML,CSSand JavaScript.A code evaluation test will be administered to confirm your skills. Ourlegacyframework is written in Bootstrap, so experience with Bootstrap isadditionallydesired.
• Proficient inVSC [Visual Studio Code](or other text editor) and Adobe Photoshop. Illustratorand/or Figmaisa huge plus too.
• Proven ability to professionally design and hand code a website from start to finish.

Work Environment: 

Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of workstation and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.

General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions. Frequent computer use at workstation for extended periods of time. Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
