As a Remote Client Support Coordinator, you will act as a primary contact for clients, assist with reservations and scheduling, and ensure all components are confirmed accurately. This role emphasizes communication, organization, and follow-through.
No prior industry experience is required. Training and onboarding support are provided.
Communicating with clients to understand their preferences and timelines
Researching and coordinating lodging, transportation, and activity options
Securing reservations and preparing confirmations
Managing updates, adjustments, and client requests
Maintaining accurate digital records
Delivering prompt, professional customer support
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Ability to manage multiple client requests
Reliable computer and high-speed internet
Must be 18 years of age or older
