About the Role:
This role bridges the gap between lead engagement and long-term customer success, ensuring that every lawn care professional who finds us feels supported and empowered to grow their business. You will be the face and voice of the company, acting as a strategic partner to the founder.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Outreach & Nurturing: Directly contact potential customers generated through our advertising initiatives via phone and text. Manage follow-up communications to keep prospects engaged through the sales cycle.
  • Customer Onboarding: Assist new users in configuring the company platform to fit their specific business needs, with a heavy focus on setting up payment systems and core operational tools.
  • Dynamic Problem Solving: Address technical questions or onboarding friction points in real-time, providing solutions that help customers see the immediate value of the software.
  • Process Partnership: Act as a culturally aligned representative of the company, adapting your communication style to the needs of US-based lawn care business owners.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications:

  • Sales & Tech Savvy: 4+ years of experience in sales support or customer success, ideally within the software (SaaS) or tech industry.
  • Verbal Excellence: Strong verbal communication skills are non-negotiable. You must be comfortable conducting business over the phone and via text with a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.
  • Independence & Critical Thinking: Proven ability to operate independently. We value "hunters" who can identify a problem in the sales/onboarding funnel and adjust their approach dynamically without needing a step-by-step manual.
  • Operational Proficiency: Experience with customer support environments and the ability to learn new software interfaces quickly to assist with client configuration.

Priority Location: South Africa
Working Hours: US business hours preferred
Salary Range: $1,600 - $1,800 per month (The final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview result, skills, and experience.)
