Position Overview:
The Salesforce CRM Administrator has primary responsibility for Salesforce support requests across Internet2 and is responsible for the strategic management, configuration, and optimization of the organization's Salesforce CRM platform. This role will continuously assess the Salesforce CRM configuration, identify gaps in functionality, and implement improvements to better support enterprise-wide business needs. The position requires strong collaboration with stakeholders across all divisions to ensure Salesforce CRM effectively supports member relationship management, service delivery tracking, and organizational reporting requirements.
The Salesforce CRM Administrator sits within the Community Engagement and Impact (CEI) division but serves as an enterprise-wide resource, working closely with stakeholders across all Internet2 divisions who utilize Salesforce CRM. The role collaborates closely with the Data Steward on data quality and governance matters, and partners with IT and other technical teams on system integrations and infrastructure.

Expected Hiring Range: $90,700 - $102,100
Starting salary is typically within the first quartile of the range and varies based on experience.
Pay Grade: IT-3
