Our Australian client is a fast-growing creative agency producing high-impact work for recognised brands across sport, retail, hospitality, events, lifestyle, and professional services.

This isn't a traditional in-house marketing role.

We're looking for a commercially minded creative who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys solving problems visually, and can confidently switch between multiple brands and creative styles throughout the day.

You'll collaborate with a talented Australian creative team, developing visually striking work across branding, campaigns, digital, social media, motion graphics, presentations, advertising, and marketing collateral.

Duties & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality creative work across multiple brands, industries, and campaigns.
  • Create engaging digital marketing assets, social media content, advertising creatives, presentations, brochures, brand collateral, and campaign materials.
  • Produce motion graphics, animated content, and short-form video assets.
  • Utilise AI-powered creative tools to improve workflow efficiency and creative execution.
  • Interpret creative briefs and confidently transform concepts into commercially effective visual solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting tight deadlines.
  • Take ownership of projects and proactively solve design challenges rather than waiting for direction.
  • Present creative ideas and confidently justify design decisions when required.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, account managers, and stakeholders across Australia.
  • Accurately update project progress in Trello and maintain organised file structures and naming conventions.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Essential Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Graphic Design, Senior Graphic Design, Brand Design, Visual Design, Art Direction, or Agency Design role.
  • Previous experience working in a creative agency or managing multiple client brands simultaneously.
  • Advanced Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skills.
  • Strong motion graphics and animation experience.
  • Experience using AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Gemini, Runway, Veo, or similar.
  • Exceptional understanding of branding, typography, composition, layout, colour, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to produce visually striking, commercially effective creative work.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to receive feedback professionally and implement revisions quickly.

Highly Desirable

  • Agency experience.
  • Sports, retail, hospitality, lifestyle, consumer, or event marketing experience.
  • Video editing experience.
  • Experience working with international clients or remote teams.
  • Experience contributing to creative strategy or campaign concepts.
  • Portfolio showcasing multiple brands and diverse creative styles.
