Job Title: Senior Designer

Compensation Range: $105K - $120K per year

Schedule: Full-time; flexibility in hours is allowed, but must be available during the “core” work hours of 9 am to 6 pm PST

Location: Remote; California or Nevada Preferred

Description:

The Senior Designer will focus on generating on-brand, highly-engaging creative content using digital, video, and presentation media. This person will have their hands in a variety of projects and serve as a creative leader in both design and presentation development. Presentation design experience is required. They will be a strong leader with a passion for the latest design trends and creative technologies, eager to elevate the agency’s work on behalf of our clients. 

What You’ll Do:

• Designing and maintaining brand standards for multiple clients simultaneously
• Brand application and acceleration: applying existing client brands to various event elements including show looks, scenic design, signage, etc. while maintaining brand consistency and pushing visual limits to “add fire to a brand” within the show experience
• Expertise in presentation design using PowerPoint and Keynote is required
• Leading and working with an extended team of freelancers and contractors 
• Collaborating with video editors, producers, cinematographers, and photographers as needed
• Print collateral, signage and other forms of campaign design
• Social media imagery
• Trade show booth design
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and prompting

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• 8+ years on a creative team in an agency environment
• 4-year undergraduate degree, preferably with a major in fine arts
• Extensive experience working with and or developing brand guidelines
• Experience in participating in agency creative process, including creative briefs, kick-off brainstorms, weekly review meetings & presentations to clients/executives
• Well-rounded skill set, including graphic design, website design, and presentation design
• Expert Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Keynote
• Prior experience in presentation design required
• Knowledge of standards and technology for web design and app design
• Photoshop skills, including photographic editing and compositing
• Design for video motion graphics preferred, but not required
• Ability to delegate tasks and implement changes appropriately and effectively
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to the extent necessary to perform the essential functions of the job, including communicating with clients and team members.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Compensation:
Salary range between $105K-$120K – may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on individual and the Company performance. Compensation will be determined by a number of factors including work location, background and experience.
