Location: This is a fully onsite position at the Worldwide Golf office in Raleigh, NC.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our HR team. This individual will contribute to a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, employee satisfaction, benefits administration, policy implementation, and business alignment. As a strategic partner and trusted advisor, the Senior HR Generalist will collaborate with leadership and staff to drive a positive work environment and support the organization’s growth and culture.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance to managers and employees on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance issues.

  • Conduct investigations related to complaints, grievances, and workplace concerns and document findings appropriately.

  • Support the development, implementation, and administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.

  • Manage Leave of Absence (LOA) administration and Workers’ Compensation claims.

  • Lead full-cycle talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, offer letters, onboarding, and candidate experience.

  • Take ownership of the company’s LinkedIn page, partnering with the marketing team to source and post engaging content.

  • Administer benefits programs and wellness initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Support organizational development efforts, including training, performance appraisals, and succession planning.

  • Generate HR metrics and reports to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, including engagement surveys, culture development, and more.

Qualifications Desired:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business or HR-related degree preferred).

  • 5+ years of HR experience required.

  • Experience in a retail or similar industry is preferred but not required.

  • Experience in a multi-state environment with a high volume of hourly employees is preferred but not required.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee relations matters

  • Experience with social media (LinkedIn) and employer branding is a plus.

  • Familiarity with an HRIS platform is required (Paycom is a plus)
