Grypho5 specializes in comprehensive, security-based managed solutions using real-time, proprietary threat intelligence to ensure an organization's defenses are prepared to effectively resist and rapidly recover from a cyberattack.
About This Position
The Enterprise ServiceNow Administrator position is responsible for the management and maintenance of ServiceNow on an ongoing basis; ensuring the interactions (both human and systemic) are performing as designed and addressing any issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate should also possess a high-level knowledge of other office systems such as: SharePoint, Salesforce, and must understand the intricate requirements of a high level IT support organization.
This position requires excellent written and verbal skills to provide detailed and responsive communications with internal/external engineering teams and client C-Suite stakeholders via email, phone calls, and video conferencing tools.
Responsibilities
- ServiceNow administration:
- Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user administration, role administration, and security settings
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, and applications to meet business requirements
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality
- API integration:
- Design, develop, and implement API integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications
- Collaborate with development teams to create and maintain rest and soap API's for data exchange
- Ensure data integrity and security during API transactions
- Process improvement:
- Monitor and analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation
- Implement best practices for ServiceNow usage and integration to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
- Documentation and training:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, integrations, and processes
- Provide training and support to end users and IT staff on ServiceNow fundamentals and integrations
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
- ServiceNow Administrative certifications desired
- 4+ years of equivalent experience in a technology program management organization
- In-depth knowledge of engagement operations and processes
- Experience working within a technology security environment
- Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills, including strong teambuilding skills
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational abilities
