Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about contributing to one of the UK’s most ambitious water infrastructure projects? The Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA) is searching for a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Administrator to support and enhance our project delivery team.

What will you be doing as our new Health, Safety & Wellbeing Administrator? 

You will be responsible for managing key processes such as meeting coordination, document control, onboarding logistics, and tracking of actions and deliverables. Your presence will help reinforce team discipline, improve communication flow, and ensure that critical tasks are completed.

You will also act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders, helping to streamline requests and ensure timely responses. The success of this role will depend on close collaboration with all team members, and will report directly to the Head of Health, Safety & Wellbeing.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Deliver administrative tasks to support the Head of HSW and support of wider HSW Function to an exemplar standard.
  • Have an awareness of relevant stakeholders who will require the administrative support within HSW, and other functions, supporting as directed by the Head of HSW
  • Explore new and efficient ways of doing things to minimise the ‘burden’ on HSW function
  • Be aware of D&I within HSW, other functions, and across SPA.

A little bit about your skills, experience and behaviours:

This job might be for you if you have:

  • Experience in a health and safety support/coordinator role
  • Previous knowledge of the Construction/Infrastructure industry would be preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across multiple teams
  • Excellent use of MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) including data analysis and document production
