Sponsorship Sales Administrator

We’re looking for a Sponsorship Sales Administrator to be the heartbeat of our sponsorship operations. You’ll keep everything running smoothly day-to-day, supporting contracts, invoicing, and communication across teams — all while keeping our sponsors front and center.
What you'll be doing
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our sponsorship programs are seamless and successful. Key responsibilities include:
- Keeping sponsor sales administration running efficiently for a key client —you’rethe go-to for getting things done.
- Managing the sponsor contracts inbox (and occasionally the sales and residual sponsor inboxes too).
- Partnering with Sales tomaintainaccurateaccount, contact, and opportunity records.
- Supporting Sales and Operations in tracking and reporting sales opportunities.
- Preparing, sending, and coordinating sponsor contracts and invoices across multiple systems and tools.
- Assistingthe billing team to ensure sponsor payments are collected on time, every time.
- Providing regular updates on contract and invoice status —who’ssigned,who’spaid, andwhat’soutstanding.
- Helping to develop and manage internal reporting processes with the Sponsorship Contracts Manager.
- Championing new operational tools and embedding them in daily workflows.
- Acting as the voice of our sponsors — ensuring their experience is smooth, professional, and positive.
- Supporting ad hoc administrative projects and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing culture.

You’ll need:
- Strong administrative experience in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A proventrack recordof delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with Microsoft Teams is a plus.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
- Clear, confident communication skills — written and verbal.
- A calm, professionaldemeanorunder pressure.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and grow.

Other Requirements
- Quiet home environment from which to work.
- Minimum of 25MB download and 2MB upload internet speed to meet Nteractive’s homeworking requirements.
Compensation: $55,000 – $70,000
Compensation is determined by factors such as geographic location, experience, and skills, as well as alignment with the salaries of current team members in similar roles.
