Position: Stock & Builder Liaison – Research & After-Hours Support
Location: Remote (South Africa)
Work Hours: 6:00am – 2:00pm SAST (aligned with Australian time zones)
Role Type: Full-Time | Remote
Reports To: Stock Manager / General Manager
Salary: R30,000 per month (non-negotiable)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Stock & Builder Liaison to support our Australian property team by managing stock research, maintaining builder relationships, and providing after-hours support to the sales function.

This role is suited to someone with property, construction, development, or real estate experience who understands builder processes, land registration timelines, and house & land sales workflows. You will play a key role in ensuring stock information is accurate, supporting sales consultants, and maintaining strong builder communication.

This is a fully remote role requiring a highly organised, independent professional who can work confidently across international time zones.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date stock, pricing, availability, and builder information
  • Research new property areas, developments, and builder opportunities
  • Liaise directly with builders and developers to obtain stock updates and confirmations
  • Support sales consultants with builder communication, clarifications, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate outstanding documentation, pricing confirmations, and stock holds
  • Track land registration timelines and valuation access updates
  • Provide after-hours support aligned with Australian business hours
  • Maintain accurate internal notes, updates, and stock records

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in property, real estate, construction, or development (essential)
  • Strong understanding of house & land processes and builder workflows
  • Experience liaising with builders, developers, or property stakeholders
  • Experience in research, coordination, or property-related support roles
  • Comfortable working remotely and across international time zones

Package & Remuneration
