Make a real difference every day
At Endeavour Foundation, we support people with disability to live the life they choose — and our Support Workers are at the heart of that mission.
If you’re compassionate, reliable, and motivated by purpose, this is your opportunity to do meaningful work while building a rewarding career.
About the role
As a Disability Support Worker, working within our Supported Independent Living homes, you’ll provide person-centred support that empowers people with disability to build independence, confidence and connection. No two days are the same — one day you might be supporting someone to learn new life skills, the next helping them get out into the community or achieve a personal goal.
You’ll be part of a supportive team that genuinely cares about the people we support — and about each other.
Casual shift hours available within SIL home based in Forest Beach, Cairns. Available for overnight shifts desirable.
