*This position is remote with the expectation that the individual will come onsite no more than once per quarter. This would be for things such as periodic maintenance, significant IT System events, and onsite visits. Preference is given to candidates residing in Michigan.
The Systems Administrator II provides support to the Director of IT Services in maintaining day-to-day operations of data centers currently configured as two physical data centers and one cloud data center. These activities include managing and supporting applications, LAN/WAN, hosted applications, mobile devices, and other IT infrastructure. In addition, this position will help provide WMCMH Help Desk coverage and assist in solving help desk tickets. A focus on security within the Office365 environment for identity management, endpoint protection and Intune/Endpoint management is essential. May require after-hours on-call support and is supervised by the Director of IT Services.
