What makes this role exciting

As the Operational Support & Revenue Assurance Lead within Business Enablement & Excellence, you will oversee the teams responsible for operational accuracy, service quality, and revenue integrity while supporting enterprise-level programmes across security, risk, compliance, and operational resilience.

You’ll ensure catalogue governance, CR/SI workflows, data accuracy, leakage reduction, and operational controls are executed to a high standard. These activities safeguard daily performance and protect the organisation from operational, compliance, and financial risk.

Main responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations across Additional Services, catalogue governance, CR/SI quality, and data entry teams.

  • Ensure service data, pricing, and catalogue updates are accurate, timely, and well-controlled.

  • Oversee revenue assurance routines, leakage investigations, CR/SI controls, and remediation plans.

  • Monitor operational KPIs (turnaround times, accuracy rates, quality scores, leakage metrics).

  • Partner with the Process Excellence Lead to ensure processes, SOPs, and governance standards are followed.

  • Collaborate with Security, IT, and Compliance to ensure operational controls meet organisational requirements.

  • Perform data quality checks, reconciliation routines, and system validation activities.

  • Identify operational risks early and implement preventative controls.

  • Report operational performance, leakage insights, and risk areas to leadership.

  • Coach and support team to deliver consistent, high-quality performance.

Experience needed for this role

  • Strong operational discipline and attention to detail.

  • Highly analytical and comfortable working with data, KPIs, and reconciliation logic.

  • Clear communicator with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.

  • Calm, steady, and reliable under pressure in a high-volume environment.

  • Quality-focused with a “right first time” mindset.

  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.

  • Comfortable navigating cross-functional escalations and resolving issues.

  • Natural coach who develops others and builds stable team performance.

  • 5–8+ years in operational leadership, service delivery, or revenue assurance.

  • Experience in catalogue governance, billing processes, O2C, or operational data quality.

  • Understanding of controls, compliance, and risk mitigation practices.

  • Experience with reporting, data validation, reconciliation, or audit-like activities.

  • Exposure to cross-functional environments (Commercial, Operations, Finance, IT, etc).

  • Proven ability to lead teams in accuracy-focused, high-throughput operations
