The Travel Support Advisor assists clients throughout the travel planning process by providing timely support, coordinating arrangements, and helping ensure a smooth and organized experience. This role focuses on communication, accuracy, and dependable follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to clients with travel-related questions and requests
  • Assist with coordinating travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and activities
  • Review itineraries and booking details for accuracy
  • Communicate updates, confirmations, and important travel information
  • Support adjustments or changes to existing travel plans
  • Maintain clear and organized client records

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer support skills
  • close attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
  • Comfortable working with online tools and booking platforms
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Experience in customer service, administrative support, or hospitality is a plus
