Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Perform day-to-day liquidity management activities, including monitoring cash flows, liquidity position, and funding portfolio.
Assist in the completion of program requirements and regular reporting for the credit unions securitization programs.
Work with the team in the creation and settlement of securitized pools.
Provide support to the treasury team through the development, reporting, reconciliation, testing, and maintenance of various treasury tasks and tools.
Ensure compliance with financial internal controls and procedures.
Works to achieve a high level of prompt, efficient and friendly service for management and employees.
Actively participate in staff meetings, sharing information and ideas to build organizational achievement and success.
Provide input into the development and support of the achievement of organization and department goals.

Essential Qualifications
Post- secondary education is an asset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize using sound judgment to make timely and effective decisions
Strong knowledge of Access Credit Union’s products and services
Ability to follow standardized regulations
Advanced knowledge of risk management within the financial industry
Advanced computer skills
