Human Resources Manager

This is a full-time role with a fast-growing SaaS company where HR has a real seat at the table. You’ll report directly to the CFO and play a key role in shaping how the company supports and scales its people.



Work Style & Location: We’re a remote-first team (U.S.-based), with occasional travel for team meetups and company events to stay connected.


Compensation: $105,000–$115,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonus potential.


How We Work: We use modern, collaborative tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Perplexity.ai, Jira, and Confluence to stay connected and work efficiently.


Help Build the People Experience at Addigy!
This hands-on HR Manager role owns day-to-day people operations for a fully remote, tech-forward SaaS company while partnering closely with senior leadership. You’ll be the go-to HR resource for employees and managers, using modern tools and a people-first approach to shape culture, engagement, and how the company scales.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for employees and managers, supporting day-to-day people needs across a fully remote workforce
  • Own core HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance
  • Manage and maintain the HRIS, including employee records, reporting, and recruiting workflows
  • Support recruiting and hiring efforts, from job postings and interviews through offers, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Administer employee benefits in partnership with the company’s broker and act as the go-to resource for benefits questions
  • Partner with managers on performance feedback, employee relations, and professional workforce transitions
  • Collaborate with leadership, Finance, and external advisors on people strategy, compliance, and risk
  • Maintain HR policies, handbook updates, and compliance reporting
  • Support performance and culture initiatives aligned with the company’s EOS framework

  • Ownership & Judgment: Operates independently with sound judgment, taking full ownership of HR operations and sensitive people matters

  • HR Operations Strength: Strong, hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

  • Clear Communication: Communicates calmly, clearly, and professionally with employees and leaders, providing practical guidance

  • Compliance Awareness: Working knowledge of employment laws for a multi-state, remote workforce with an ability to identify and mitigate risk

  • Business-Minded & Adaptable: Partners effectively with leadership, balancing employee experience with business needs in a fast-changing environment

 

Other Expectations as part of the Addigy Team: 

  • You and your manager will set quarterly performance milestones at the beginning of each quarter. At the end of each quarter, you’ll review your progress during your Quarterly Conversation.  
  • Prepare for and participate in Weekly 1:1 meeting with your manager.
  • Capture your measurable results on a weekly scorecard in Ninety.io.
  • Prepare for and participate in all weekly Team Meetings. 
  • Attend All Hands Meetings and other company events as requested. 
  • Attend other cross-functional team meetings as requested. 

 


Qualifications:

  • 5–8+ years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Manager experience, ideally as a primary or sole HR owner
  • Hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, and compliance
  • Strong working knowledge of BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms
  • Experience supporting a multi-state, fully remote workforce
  • Confident handling employee questions and sensitive situations with a practical, organized, and execution-oriented approach
